1. General Information
Evelyn Bakes & Co. is a home-based baking business offering made-to-order treats such as banana bread, muffins, cookies, and cake pops. All products are baked in a home kitchen not subject to inspection by the Department of Health.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance for standard items, and 2 weeks in advance for large or custom orders.
- Full payment is required for orders under $50.
- Orders over $50 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to pick up or delivery.
- I accept Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
- Once confirmed, all orders are final.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, payments made beyond the deposit may be credited toward a future order at our discretion.
- Refunds are not available once baking has begun.
4. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup times and locations will be confirmed when your order is placed.
- Delivery is available upon request and may include an additional fee based on distance.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.
- Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Evelyn Bakes & Co. is not responsible for any damage, mishandling, or storage-related issues.
5. Allergens & Food Safety
- Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy.
- Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing an order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, and designs, is the property of Evelyn Bakes & Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Payment and Refund Policy
Full deposit is required for orders less than $50.00 to secure your order. For orders $50 and more will require a 50% down-payment to secure your order. Payment can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Cash.
